CLASS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Safety information
Your child (or children) is your responsibility during the class. Please supervise them closely during the session, particularly during the use of equipment. Do not allow them to venture outside the designated classroom space without supervision.
Your child (or children) will need supervision attending the restroom throughout the lesson.
At all times please follow the instructions and guidelines of your class leader.
No liability can be accepted for any incident that occurs as a result of this guidance not being followed.
While we make every effort to ensure the safety and comfort of you and your child during the sessions, participation in our activities and the use of our equipment is at your own risk.
Accessibility
We have a limited number of reserved parking bays available. The classroom is access through our shop front up three steps. The Minimum height for a child to participate is 120cm which is dictated by our table height of 100cm.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
Infection control policies, such as cleaning regimes and hand washing/sanitising protocols have been developed for our class sessions/events and will be carried out by your class leader as required. All hygiene are
Healthy children and adults
Please only attend our classes/events if yourself and your child/children are well enough to do so. Yourself and your child/children should remain at home if he/she/you have had a fever, vomited, or had diarrhoea within the past 48 hours, are exhibiting contagious cold symptoms (usually during the first few days of a cold), or have any symptoms of COVID-19.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance to the class if we feel that yourself or your child/children are too unwell to participate.
Valuables & jewellery
All property brought to classes is at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal possessions.
Clothing
Children should wear comfortable but practical clothing. Please can children wear appropriate footware. Aprons will be provided but baking can become messy so please take this in to consideration when dressing for the class.
Photography and video
We are happy for you to take photographs of your own child during classes. If you wish for another child to be in the picture please seek permission from the adult accompanying that child before taking pictures.
If you are concerned that your own child may be being filmed or photographed by another customer without your permission then you have the right to ask them to stop. If asked to stop filming or taking photographs then you must do so immediately.
Images and recordings must not be taken in such a way as to interfere with the running of the class, cause disruption to other parents or children or cause a distraction to the class leader.
Images and recordings must not be taken in such a way as to cause a safety hazard to others in the venue.
From time to time we may request to take photographs or shoot videos during classes to use for marketing and promotional purposes, which may include but is not limited to; use on social media, promotional materials or to be used on our website.
We cannot be held liable for the actions of third parties and therefore exclude, to the fullest extent possible by law, any liability arising from a breach of this section headed ‘Video and Photography’ by any party.
Anyone found to be in breach of the above terms may be asked to leave the class immediately and will not be offered a refund.
