Our Sourdough is mixed the day before collection using our decades-old culture, left to ferment overnight to deepen its flavour and digestibility, then baked fresh that morning.
Ingredient list - organic white Flour, organic stoneground wholemeal flour, white spelt flour fine sea salt, water,, barley, rice flour
