Our purpose-built classroom is the perfect location to learn a range of baking skills, from highly trained Bakers.

We have honed our craft over many years & look to share these skills in an approachable and accessible way, within the onsite working bakery. These workshops will continue to utilise the heritage, and wherever possible, use local flours. The class structure, as well as using other quality ingredients, will showcase authentic methods and techniques in baking.
